Ingredients: Maize Starch, Colour (annatto), Flavouring.
Directions for 600ml:
30g Custard Powder (36g if making trifle custard), 30g Sugar, 150ml Cold Milk, 450ml Boiling Milk.
Blend the custard powder and sugar together with enough milk to form a smoth paste then add more cold milk (up to half) to form a slurry. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Add the boiling milk to the powder slurry and bring back to the boil stirring continually. Reduce heat immediately and simmer for 1 minute.
