Ingredients - Slippery Jack (Sillus Luteus Granulatus), Jelly Ear ( Auricularia Auricula Judae), & Oyster (Pleurotus Ostreatus) Mushrooms.
To rehydrate soak in boiling ater for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry the mushrooms and enjoy in your favourite recipe.
Once rehydrated, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
