Ingredients: Rusk [Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt], Dried SOYA Protein, Palm Oil, Stabiliser (Methylcellulose), Rice Flour, Salt, SOYA Flour, Modified Potato Starch, Sunflower Oil, Flavourings (contains BARLEY), Colour (Beetroot Red)
Directions: Place 150g of Sosmix into a bowl. Add 250g ml of COLD water, Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into sausaue shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown. (If you want to make a larger batch of product, scale up using 250mg of COLD water to each 150g of dry sosmix).
